Job Overview

Aspire Bakeries is a leading North American baking company with a strong presence in the specialty frozen baked goods market. Our innovative food portfolio includes a wide range of products such as breads, artisan breads, buns, cookies, donuts, muffins, and pastries from beloved brands like La Brea Bakery, Otis Spunkmeyer, and Oakrun Farm Bakery.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities. This includes monitoring and controlling daily production schedules, packaging documents, and packaging materials. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and organized work environment, ensuring that employees are operating equipment safely and as expected, and adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and control daily production schedules

  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment

  • Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)

Requirements:

  • At least two years of previous experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as production schedules, safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of employees
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel spreadsheet software
