We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Assistant to join our Factory 52 team at Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams.
Key Responsibilities- Lead shifts and perform limited executive functions, including inventory management and handling deposits.
- Act as a coach and role model for the shop team, providing expert guidance on on-the-line operations and service functions.
- Work variable shifts, including opening shifts, closing shifts, and/or weekend shifts, with a focus on providing world-class customer service.
- Report directly to a Shopkeeper or Shopkeeper Apprentice and receive specialized training on Daily Operation functions.
- Full-time presence with night and weekend availability.
- Passion for customer service and ability to serve as a role model.
