About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise IT Solutions Sales Strategist to join our team at Dell.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within a territory of enterprise accounts.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and prospecting.
  • Presentation and demonstration of our range of Client and End User Solutions and IT services to potential clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our solutions.
  • Bild and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within the assigned customer/prospect base.
  • Collaboration with internal teams, including the extended sales team, marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Negotiation and closure of sales agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the client and the company.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technology sales, with a focus on PCs and IT services.
  • Proven track record of successfully selling to large enterprises and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments and the challenges faced by large organizations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Compensation:

The Total Target Compensation range for this position is $211,650-$273,900, which includes base salary and commissions (60/40 split).
