Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Avera as a Breast Imaging Navigator. This role will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in our patient-focused setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide and coordinate quality care for patients in the Diabetic Education Department and Cardiac Rehab.
  • Utilize the nursing process to identify patient needs, systematically plan and implement a plan of care, and continually evaluate the outcomes of that care.
  • Collaborate with physicians, ancillary departments, and co-workers to ensure seamless patient care.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree or above in nursing.
  • Current Iowa RN license.
  • Current certifications include BLS, ACLS within 1 year of employment, and Adult/Child Abuse Mandatory Reporting within 6 months of employment.
