Position Summary: The Payroll Coordinator will oversee and execute the weekly payroll for our workforce, including field technicians. This position entails calculating commissions, ensuring adherence to company policies and applicable regulations, and maintaining precise payroll documentation. The Payroll Coordinator will also act as the primary resource for payroll-related questions from field technicians and other personnel.

Key Duties:

  1. Payroll Management:
    • Accurately process weekly payroll for all employees in a timely manner.
    • Calculate hours worked, commissions, bonuses, and other forms of compensation.
    • Verify timesheets and attendance records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  2. Commission Management:
    • Determine commissions based on performance metrics and company standards.

    • Resolve any discrepancies in commission calculations.
  3. Communication:
    • Serve as the primary contact for payroll inquiries from field technicians and other staff members.

  4. Compliance and Record Maintenance:
    • Ensure payroll practices comply with federal, state, and local regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paychex, QuickBooks) and MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Excellent mathematical and analytical abilities.
