Job Title: Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team at Vaco. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for leading the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process, develop rolling forecasts, and work with department heads to understand revenue and cost drivers.
  • Financial Reporting: Provide regular financial reporting to senior management, including variance analysis and performance against key financial metrics.
  • Financial Modeling & Analysis: Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives, conduct scenario analysis, and identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.
  • Strategic Business Partnering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights, support business leaders with ad-hoc analysis, and serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team.
Qualifications:
  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with an MBA preferred.
  • At least 6 years of experience in a finance role, with 2+ years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Reporting experience, including creating KPI dashboards, financial models, and other special requests.
  • Exposure to a major ERP platform.
