The Role
We are seeking an individual with excellent communication skills and a basic knowledge of hardware and software. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a customer-facing role and the ability to learn our proprietary software.

Responsibilities
- Resolve technical issues via phone, email, or chat
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer complaints
- Develop strong relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of hardware and software
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
