Key Responsibilities- Conduct educational programs for patients and families, promoting a smooth joint replacement process.
- Coordinate patient processes from pre-op testing to post-op care, ensuring seamless transitions.
- Develop and implement multidisciplinary orthopedic care pathways, monitoring compliance and making adjustments as needed.
- Anticipate provider needs, preparing patients for surgery and ensuring timely care.
- Assess patient needs, setting goals and implementing plans of treatment and education.
- Market the orthopedic program through community outreach and education, utilizing patient feedback to improve care.
- Monitor joint replacement clinical outcomes, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Registered Nurse (RN) certification in South Dakota
- 1+ years of healthcare experience, with a focus on orthopedic care
