Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct educational programs for patients and families, promoting a smooth joint replacement process.
  • Coordinate patient processes from pre-op testing to post-op care, ensuring seamless transitions.
  • Develop and implement multidisciplinary orthopedic care pathways, monitoring compliance and making adjustments as needed.
  • Anticipate provider needs, preparing patients for surgery and ensuring timely care.
  • Assess patient needs, setting goals and implementing plans of treatment and education.
  • Market the orthopedic program through community outreach and education, utilizing patient feedback to improve care.
  • Monitor joint replacement clinical outcomes, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • Registered Nurse (RN) certification in South Dakota
  • 1+ years of healthcare experience, with a focus on orthopedic care
