As an EHS Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and monitoring company environmental safety programs and policies to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental, health, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

* Assist in implementing and monitoring company environmental safety programs and policies
* Maintain safety equipment inventory and perform periodic safety inspections
* Monitor hazardous waste removal vendors and assist in consolidating hazardous wastes
* Conduct training in emergency response and hazardous material handling
* Monitor environmental compliance and maintain liaison with regulatory agencies
* Recommend corrective action where environmental health and safety hazards exist

Requirements:

* At least 2 years of experience in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) roles
* Familiarity with federal, state, and local environmental, health, and safety regulations
* Experience performing safety inspections, maintaining safety equipment, and managing hazardous waste removal
