Insurance Customer Service Specialist

Staff My Agency is on the lookout for a qualified professional to become part of our dynamic team as a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative.
We are in search of an enthusiastic and licensed individual who is passionate about fostering business growth through meaningful conversations and exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain customer relationships, ensuring follow-ups as necessary.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service, addressing inquiries about insurance options, eligibility, coverage details, policy modifications, claims, and billing issues.
- Employ a customer-centric, needs-based approach to inform clients about various insurance products.
- Uphold a strong work ethic with a commitment to achieving success daily.
