We are seeking an experienced Multifamily Project Manager to join our team at Michael Page.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting profit and loss analysis, ensuring client satisfaction, overseeing staff development, leading diverse teams, providing clear direction to on-sight personnel, and handling financial documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting thorough financial analysis to identify areas for improvement
  • Developing and implementing effective strategies to enhance client satisfaction
  • Providing guidance and support to staff members to ensure their professional growth
  • Fostering a collaborative team environment that promotes open communication and mutual respect
  • Ensuring seamless project execution through effective planning and coordination
  • Managing financial documents and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance

About the Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in construction management or a related field. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in the industry, including ground-up construction experience, and hold a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering. Additionally, they should possess experience with Microsoft Project or similar scheduling software, OSHA 30 hour certification, CPR/First Aid/AED training, and LEED Accreditation.
