Salary: $90k - $120k, dependent on experience, plus bonus earning potential and comprehensive benefits package.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team. As an Estimator, you will be responsible for developing project budgets, scopes of work, and managing subcontractor outreach. Your work will directly impact the lives of families in need of high-quality, affordable homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop project budgets and scopes of work
  • Preliminary estimates for potential clients
  • Project-specific final scopes of work
  • Lead subcontractor outreach efforts
  • Evaluate bids from subcontractors and suppliers
  • Assist Project Management team with bid buyout process

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of estimating experience
  • Experience with projects over $15M in contract value
  • Knowledge of multifamily housing, especially affordable housing, preferred
  • Self-starter with ability to work under moderate supervision
