- Collaborate with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' medical histories, current health status, and treatment plans to ensure accurate and effective care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, monitoring patients for adverse reactions and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Document patient interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and CVS Health policies.
- Current unrestricted RN license in the state of Florida.
- Minimum one year of nursing experience, with IV-related experience preferred.
- Current CPR certification and valid driver's license with auto insurance.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and Word to document and track patient care activity.
- Ability to participate in on-call rotation as indicated by staffing and business needs.
- Minimum three years of nursing experience.
- Minimum one year of hi-tech IV infusion experience.
- Home healthcare experience.
- Pediatric care experience.
- CRNI certification.
- RN Diploma, Associates, or B.S. degree in nursing.
