About the Role

In the capacity of an Orthopedic Sales Representative, you will engage with a high level of enthusiasm and dedication to promote Stryker's Trauma product line.

With the guidance of a seasoned Trauma Sales Representative, you will immerse yourself in the dynamic and successful culture of the Stryker Trauma team.

You will undergo comprehensive formal training on our Trauma product offerings and sales strategies, complemented by practical experience in the operating room.

During your initial year, you will observe over 300 surgical procedures, gaining significant expertise in orthopedic surgical requirements and techniques.

This role is ideal for individuals who are self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn, with a passion for healthcare and a commitment to fostering strong relationships as a trusted advisor to our clients.
