Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Site Leader/House Manager role should possess:

  • A minimum of one year of experience or certification as a Direct Support Professional.
  • Must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • A High School diploma or GED, with proof required.
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check, including a DCFS CANTS check, and a physical examination.
  • The ability to complete a reading and comprehension assessment.

This role requires flexibility to work various shifts to ensure 24/7 support for residents.
