About Your Role

As a Customer Engagement Manager, you'll be the driving force behind creating memorable experiences for our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Pet Parent Engagement: You'll set the standard for customer engagement, ensuring every pet and pet parent has a positive experience in our stores. You'll build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions to exceed their expectations.
  • Associate Leadership: You'll lead a team of passionate and dedicated associates who are committed to delivering exceptional customer service. You'll mentor, coach, and develop your team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Overall Retail Initiatives: You'll work closely with our retail teams to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall shopping experience. You'll analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop strategies to optimize store performance.
