Key Responsibilities

  • Review and process new applications for multiple lines of business, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Set up cases for New Business Case Managers, verifying all forms and requirements.
  • Conduct quality checks and identify missing requirements for multiple lines of business.
  • Escalate cases that require special handling or involvement to the appropriate team members.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of new business applications.
  • Perform outgoing reach-outs to verify status of funds and resolve any issues.
  • Review and direct incoming requirements through various channels, ensuring timely processing.
  • Handle basic inquiries regarding application status through various communication channels.
  • Support the day-to-day Quality of Business strategy by identifying and reporting inconsistencies or discrepancies.
  • Meet productivity and quality goals, prioritizing tasks and managing daily workload effectively.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including regulatory requirements and controls.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to interact with internal and external clients.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Basic problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
