Executive Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Office Coordinator to join our team at Griffin Memorial Hospital. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the Executive Director and other leadership staff, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and strategic planning.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and manage correspondence on behalf of the leadership team.
• Develop and implement administrative processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including facility departments and external partners.
Qualifications:
• 7-8 years of administrative experience, including 4-5 years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven track record of success in coordinating complex projects and initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
