Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-energy and engaging fitness classes to children aged walking to 11 years old, utilizing our science-based curriculum.
  • Develop and maintain a positive and motivating environment that encourages children to reach their full potential.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a safe and clean facility, and provide exceptional customer service to parents and children.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance coaching skills and stay up-to-date with industry best practices.
  • Contribute to the growth and success of KidStrong Eagan by identifying opportunities to improve processes and implement new ideas.
Requirements:
  • Experience coaching children aged 15 months to 11 years old.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Ability to sell memberships to children and parents, and promote the benefits of our program.
  • Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics.
  • CPR certification (or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe).
  • Strong desire to help children improve in brain, physical, and character development.
  • Positive attitude, high energy, and a passion for working with children.
