Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Levindale Hebrew Geriatric Center and Hospital. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare team.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans to meet the unique needs of our residents
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current LPN license in the state of Maryland
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Experience working in a long-term care setting, preferably with geriatric patients
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
