About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Security Service Technician to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our security services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring that we deliver exceptional service and meet their needs.
  • Install, program, test, troubleshoot, repair, and service a variety of security systems and equipment, including security, intrusion, and life safety systems.
  • Provide technical support and training to our customers, and work closely with our engineering team to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Consult with our engineering team to resolve unusual problems in system operation, maintenance, and warranty work.
  • Perform all work in accordance with Federal, State, and local regulations, as well as company health and safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Exceptional customer focus and ability to work under pressure.
  • Solid technical skills and experience in electronic security and intrusion systems.
  • Solid programming skills and proven ability to troubleshoot problems and look for solutions.
  • Ability to work well with minimal supervision and be a self-starter.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Advanced computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office applications.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
