Job Title: Licensed Vocational Nurse

As a Licensed Vocational Nurse at Innovative Renal Care, you will play a vital role in providing safe and effective dialysis therapy to our patients under the direct supervision of a registered nurse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Function as part of the multi-disciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients and their families.

  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Current LVN license in the state of practice.
  • Current CPR/BLS certification.
  • IV certification if required by state of practice.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior dialysis experience is preferred.
