Job Summary

Clarvida, LLC is seeking a skilled Outpatient Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will provide high-quality outpatient therapy services to children and adults with mental health, developmental disabilities, and other personal and family challenges.

About the Role

  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and evaluations to identify treatment needs and develop personalized care plans.
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to promote emotional well-being and improve quality of life.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and effective treatment outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive client records, including progress notes and treatment plans.

Requirements

  • Masters' degree in human services or a related field.
  • Active licensure as an LCMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist in North Carolina or an associate's license (LCMHC/A, LCSW/A, LMF/A, or LP/A) may be considered.
  • At least 1 year of experience working with the population served.
  • Able to work up to 20 hours per week, with some weekend availability desired.
