TotalMed seeks a skilled Healthcare Specialist to join our team in providing exceptional care to patients in senior care settings. In this role, you will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care and promote healthy outcomes.
Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, and coordinating care with other healthcare providers. Your expertise and compassion will make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
About this Role:
- Location: Aurora, CO
- Salary: $1,896.08 / week (negotiable based on experience)
- Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, 3 days/week
- Duration: 55 Days

- Coordinate care with other healthcare providers
- Provide direct patient care to residents in senior care facilities
