Job Summary

A Unit Coordinator II provides critical support to the healthcare team, ensuring seamless communication and efficient operations within the unit. This role involves transmitting authorized physician orders, maintaining accurate patient records, and operating automated data entry systems. The ideal candidate will work closely with nursing staff to ensure timely and effective transmission of orders and supply management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with healthcare teams to ensure accurate and timely transmission of physician orders
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history and treatment plans
  • Operate automated data entry systems to streamline administrative tasks
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and visitors

Requirements:

  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • American Heart Association CPR/BLS certification
