Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Medical/Surgical Acute Care team at PHM - Matthews Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to patients undergoing general surgery, urology, and orthopedic procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in nursing.
  • Current valid North Carolina nursing license.
  • One-year relevant experience, preferred.
