Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Medical/Surgical Unit at PHM - Matthews Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care for patients with diverse medical and surgical needs.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues to promote a positive and supportive environment.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in nursing.
  • Current valid North Carolina nursing license.
  • One year of relevant experience in a medical/surgical setting, preferred.
