Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Medical/Surgical Unit at PHM - Matthews Medical Center. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional patient care and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care for patients.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
  • Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in nursing.
  • Current valid North Carolina nursing license.
  • One-year relevant experience, preferred.
