About the Role

Palladium International is seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate, Finance to join our team in Washington D.C. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global company that designs, develops, and delivers positive impact on the lives and livelihoods of people around the globe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support financial management and project operations, including reviewing pipeline budgets and preparing accurate monthly client invoices and financial reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of variance notes, forecasting updates, and other ad hoc financial requests in accordance with contractual obligations, company policies, local country settings, and client rules and regulations.
  • Work closely with the Director of Finance and Compliance, Project Delivery Manager, Grants Manager, Procurement Manager, and other home office and project staff to ensure seamless financial management.
  • Provide guidance and support to field office finance teams and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Previous experience with project and financial management on government contracts and grants, with a focus on high-quality organizational, financial, or managerial skills.
  • High attention to detail and financial acumen to interpret, analyze, and prepare detailed financial reports.
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with procurements and oversight of consultants, vendors, and other partners.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated competence to assess priorities and manage a variety of activities in a time-sensitive environment and meet deadlines with attention to detail and quality.
