About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Materials Management Coordinator to join our team at Center for Special Surgery-Texas. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and cost-effective management of instruments, supplies, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Regional Materials Manager to establish and maintain optimal supply levels and related controls.
  • Responsible for purchasing and receiving supplies, ensuring accuracy and completeness of orders.
  • Manage inventory levels, restock as needed, and maintain PAR stock levels in all areas.
  • Process accounts payable, matching billing to invoices, and coding and processing in conjunction with the business office manager.
  • Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff on special product or equipment needs and initiate trial use if indicated.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical office setting, preferably in materials management.
  • Some accounting/bookkeeping experience is helpful.
