Job Title: Healthcare Practice Leader

At American Structurepoint, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Practice Leader to join our team. As a key member of our Architecture Group, you will be responsible for leading and growing client relationships within the Healthcare Market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Leadership: Lead and grow client relationships within the Healthcare Market, collaborating effectively with others across the full range of services provided by the Firm.
  • Top Line Development: Collaborate with the Executive and Marketing Teams to focus on growing the top line of the practice and the Firm, by securing new client relationships and expanding existing ones.
  • Team Leadership Skills: Proactively develop and lead project teams, building and leading teams capable of both winning and executing healthcare solutions that differentiate the firm and add value for our clients.
  • Strategy and Planning: Develop an understanding of the business, operations, and process needs of the Client, as well as the resulting market solutions.
  • Bottom Line Growth: Work with the Executive Team to ensure the Firm's business practices goals and bottom-line initiatives are successfully implemented.
  • Staff Development: Mentor and grow emerging professionals, establishing an environment that encourages leadership, integrity, humility, respect, and responsibility, along with collaboration, experimentation, innovation, creativity, and entrepreneurship.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Architecture Registration required.
  • 10+ years' experience with a proven track record of pursuit success in the Health Care Market.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience leading, guiding, and mentoring a team.
  • Business and professional acumen demonstrated by the proven ability to execute strategy with strong communication skills.
