We are seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team.

This role involves providing skilled, quality interventions for pediatric diagnoses and communicating directly with parents and other professionals about treatment goals and strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for making a difference in the lives of children and families.

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $100,000, depending on experience, as well as benefits such as employer-subsidized health insurance, access to dental insurance, and paid time off.

Key Responsibilities:

*Providing effective interventions for a variety of pediatric diagnoses.

*Documenting daily treatment, evaluations, progress summaries, and discharge summaries in the Electronic Health Record.

*Maintaining state required licensure and continuing education annually.

Requirements:

*Passing an advanced FBI background check through the State of North Dakota.

*Understanding and acceptance of the unique needs of children with medical or developmental challenges.
