The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to provide skilled, quality, effective interventions for a large variety of pediatric diagnoses. You will work closely with parents and other professionals to develop treatment plans and strategies that directly affect the client.

We offer a competitive salary range of $52,000 - $83,500, along with benefits such as employer subsidized health insurance, access to Alfac and dental insurance, employer matched 401K, paid time off, 9 paid holidays, 20% childcare discount, annual continuing education stipend, paid CPR, AED and First Aid training, no nights or weekends, employee referral bonus and lucrative efficiency bonuses.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing skilled interventions for pediatric diagnoses
  • Documenting daily treatment, evaluations, progress summaries and discharge summaries in the Electronic Health Record
  • Communicating with parents and other professionals about treatment goals and strategies
  • Completing state required licensure and continuing education annually
