Key Responsibilities:
- Offer clinical guidance and supervision to nursing personnel, including RNs and LVNs, within designated areas.
- Facilitate ongoing training and development for nursing staff to enhance their skills and ensure effective patient care.
- Collaborate with management to implement and uphold nursing policies and procedures across the organization.
- Engage in quality assurance activities to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of nursing services.
- Conduct regular assessments of patient health records and identify any service delivery delays.
Compliance and Monitoring:
- Ensure adherence to state regulations and organizational policies in nursing practice.
- Address any potential compliance issues and work with the quality assurance team to develop corrective action plans.
- Assist in the preparation of documentation for regulatory surveys and audits.
Supervisory Duties:
- Provide mentorship and support to nursing staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Review and analyze nursing reports to address critical issues and improve service delivery.

Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse with a valid nursing license.
