Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Registered Dietitian to work as a Cardiac Rehab Dietitian. As a key member of our clinical team, you will assess the nutritional status of patients in specialty areas and train patient services staff and interns as applicable.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical nutrition and experience working in a hospital setting. You will be responsible for fostering teamwork and establishing effective strategies to implement innovative programs that lead to optimal clinical nutrition and financial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Nutritional Assessment: Assess the nutritional status of patients in specialty areas, including cardiac rehab patients.
  • Training and Mentorship: Train patient services staff and interns on clinical nutrition practices and policies.
  • Program Development: Develop and implement innovative programs to improve clinical nutrition outcomes and patient satisfaction.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including federal, state, and accrediting agencies.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
