Position Overview:


The Respiratory Therapist is responsible for airway management, administering nebulized medications, managing secretions, and applying oxygen therapy as per physician directives. The patient demographic includes adults, pediatrics, and neonates. The Therapist is tasked with planning, implementing, and assessing the effectiveness of therapy while maintaining communication with physicians and the healthcare team.
WakeMed Travel Staffing provides staff roles that offer both flexibility and stability within North Carolina's Triangle region.

Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 1 Year Clinical Experience in Respiratory Therapy Required

Educational Qualifications:
Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy Required

Licensure/Certification Requirements:
Certified Respiratory Therapist Required - Registered Respiratory Therapist Required - Basic Life Support Certification Required

Work Hours:
12-Hour Shifts

Weekend Availability:
As Needed
