CPH is seeking an experienced HR Director to lead our talent management initiatives and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Talent Management: Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- M&A Integration: Partner with the Trilon HR Leadership team to ensure a smooth transition and minimize disruption.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance, feedback, and support to enhance their capabilities.
- Culture Stewardship: Champion and shape our organizational culture, driving behavior that results in a healthy and thriving culture.
- Strategic Partner: Collaborate with executive leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Proven experience in HR leadership roles, with a minimum of 7 years of experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in talent management, engagement, and retention, as well as M&A integration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong follow-through and drives accountability.
- Ability to think strategically and implement innovative HR solutions.
- Dependent upon experience.
