We are seeking a Human Resources Intern to join our team. As an intern, you will work closely with the Human Resources department to assist with ad-hoc projects and reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with HR projects and reporting
  • Work with the HR team and Site Leadership team on various aspects of HR, including employee relations and engagement, recruiting events, HR data analytics, compensation and benefits, payroll, compliance, and performance management
  • Drive HR initiatives and continuous improvement through an intern project
  • Develop and implement HR programs
  • Routinely report changes in industry trends and/or state or federal employment legislation
  • Work to improve talent branding strategy and partnership
  • Help initiate new hire onboarding
  • Develop and facilitate team building, workforce development, and training opportunities
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Rising junior or senior in college/university with a major aligned with the department
  • Live within a commutable distance of Sanford, NC
  • Available to work from May 27th to August 15th
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Ability to work a fully on-site schedule
  • Prior internship or co-op experience preferred
  • Major in a target area related to this role required
