Job Summary

The Director of Marketing will be responsible for setting the Division's strategic direction and tactical implementation of marketing activities. This includes developing marketing plans and activities that drive the flow of products to our customers in a manner that highlights differentiation and value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and oversee the execution of the marketing plan to create global demand for products in a customer-centric manner.
  • Define and segment the market, target and position products, and manage all aspects of the marketing mix.
  • Anticipate new market demands and create new markets, provide leadership for product/concept justification during funding cycles, and provide similar leadership to product development teams.
  • Identify new business opportunities through expansion of existing products into new markets or enhancements of existing products to maximize existing markets.
  • Support the commercial organizations in achieving Plan objectives, provide direction and input to all in-house groups that affect the successful achievement of business objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum 7+ years of marketing experience, with 2+ years in the healthcare industry.
