Job Title: Director - Service Delivery Management

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive performance and improve production stability
  • Be the primary face-off to CIO's and senior business stakeholders
  • Continually improve IT services and ensure the team takes a structured and proactive approach to resolving technology problems
  • Drive Best Practices among the global application teams as well as CTB (release / change management)
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant internal instructions (SOX, circulars) and external regulatory requirements, including the management of operational risk
  • Participate in the development of and effectively maintain the Incident management process
  • Involvement in managing an agile development process (from a production perspective and run the bank)

Requirements:

  • Senior level stakeholder management skills with significant background in Financial Services
  • 15+ years' experience supporting applications running in Unix environments and Windows environments
  • 7 years of leadership experience leading large production support globally distributed teams
  • Agile Software development, and experience in development projects
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills (Written and Verbal)
  • Flexible approach to working hours and responsibilities
  • Self-driven and with an ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Familiar with risk-based decision-making and escalations
  • Previous Technology experience across technologies (Java,.Net, Oracle, Multiple Databases, Middleware)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Access, and Project) skills
