Position Overview
As a Kitchen Operations Lead at GetGo Café + Market, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers and Team Members receive exceptional service. You will oversee kitchen operations, providing direction and support to your team while maintaining a safe and efficient environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize safety in all aspects of operations for Team Members, customers, and products.
  • Deliver outstanding food service while exceeding customer expectations.
  • Guide and mentor Team Members, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
  • Support management in achieving sales and profit objectives through proactive customer engagement.
  • Ensure quality control in food preparation and inventory management.
  • Maintain flexibility in scheduling and ensure all Team Members are trained across various roles.
  • Uphold cleanliness and organization in all areas, including restrooms and kitchen equipment.
  • Monitor competitor pricing and collaborate with business partners to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Address equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Facilitate training and development for Team Members, ensuring they have the necessary resources.
  • Supervise product presentation and compliance with safety standards.
  • Set performance goals for your team and provide the necessary tools to achieve them.
  • Encourage a culture of inclusion and diversity, valuing each Team Member's contributions.

Compensation:
Starting pay is $19.00 per hour.
