Addiction Services Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Addiction Services Manager to join our team at Coordinated Care Services, Inc. (CCSI). As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in providing essential business services to our provider organizations and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to support addiction services and programs.
- Provide leadership and supervision to the community outreach team, ensuring effective engagement and education of the behavioral health system.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate cross-systems collaboration and policy development related to addiction services and programs.
- Represent CCSI on inter-jurisdictional and multi-agency committees to promote the organization's interests and priorities.
- Develop and maintain a system for tracking Narcan training and distribution, working closely with the Department of Public Health.
- Work closely with leadership to identify and implement departmental priorities, including system transformation and Medicaid managed care.
- Provide direct supervision and strategy to the Community Outreach Team, ensuring data-driven outcomes.
- Assess client needs and make referrals to appropriate community providers, promoting rapid access to mental health and substance use services.
- Provide data to supervisors to inform Contract Coordinators about barriers to immediate access to services.
- Leverage access to community resources, including mental health and substance use treatment, Health Home Care Management, and homeless supports.
- Develop protocols for access to treatment, care management, and residential services for high-need individuals.
- Implement a system for tracking service slots and monitoring availability and utilization.
- Oversee a Quality Assurance process, including Special Review for OASAS providers.
- Promote community voice in decisions regarding care and review data to inform Contract Coordinators and Executive Leadership.
- Support implementation of NYS OASAS funded programming, aligning with MCOMH values and promoting recovery-oriented services.
Requirements
- Master's Degree prepared NYS OASAS Qualified Health Professional, CASAC credential preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of supervision experience.
- Experience in utilization management and outcome evaluation, familiarity with ARES tracking system.
Additional Requirements
- Satisfactory completion of all required background screenings.
- Travel as necessary to fulfill responsibilities.
- Respect the confidential nature of all CCSI and customer information.
