We are seeking a highly skilled Addiction Therapist to join our team at Rochester Regional Health. As a key member of our chemical dependency department, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive care to individuals struggling with addiction.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to determine diagnosis and appropriate level of care
- Provide individual, family, and group counseling to engage and motivate clients throughout treatment
- Develop treatment plans that are individualized and culturally sensitive
- Communicate with other care providers and referral sources to increase understanding of client problems and assets
- Associates, Bachelors, or Master's Degree in Human Service field required
- CASAC, OASAS QHP required, LMHC-P (Permit) or CASAC-T permitted with the condition that full certification is obtained within 24 months
- Completion of a clinical internship in chemical dependency or at least one (1) year of work experience in chemical dependency
- $55,000 - $70,000 per year
