Primary Responsibilities:
  • Providing detailed descriptions of menu items and beverages.
  • Timely delivery of food to members and guests.
  • Informing guests of additional options through up-selling techniques.
  • Verifying guest age prior to serving alcoholic beverages.
  • Preparing checks and processing payments.
  • Maintaining cleanliness in event spaces and service areas.
  • Assisting in the setup of event spaces (heavy lifting of up to 50lbs may be required).
  • Providing information about the club as necessary.
  • Assisting with various tasks as needed.
  • Emphasizing teamwork, additional responsibilities may be assigned as required.
