About the Role

Soleo Health Inc is seeking a talented Operations Data Insights Specialist to join their remote team in the USA.

As an integral member of the operations management team, you will drive data-driven decision-making and process improvements across the organization. This is a fantastic opportunity to enhance operational efficiency and contribute to organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis: Evaluate productivity and financial data from various systems, identifying discrepancies, areas for improvement, and operational bottlenecks.
  • Collaboration: Engage with the operations management team to support active management, recommend process changes, and foster cross-departmental engagement.
  • Reporting: Produce detailed reports and presentations for managers and executives, highlighting data-driven insights, trends, and recommendations for process enhancements.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously assess operational workflows, providing actionable recommendations for increasing productivity, enhancing financial outcomes, and improving system efficiency.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, financial and operational system evaluation, or process improvement roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw actionable insights from complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience in preparing and delivering reports to senior leadership.
  • Ability to travel regularly and engage with cross-functional teams in multiple locations.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau), Microsoft Excel, and financial systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
