Aptive Environmental is a dynamic and environmentally responsible pest services company seeking a skilled Pest Management Specialist to join our team in Denver, CO. As a Pest Management Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving customer pest concerns and issues, maintaining truck and equipment, and implementing efficient pest solutions for each customer's individual needs.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $41,920 - $49,880, based on a $20.50 - $24.50 hourly wage. The company offers a range of benefits, including uncapped sales and referral bonuses, up to $300 bi-weekly bonuses, company iPhone, and savings of up to $15,000 on driving and insurance. Job Description

As a Pest Management Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Running a daily route to resolve customer pest concerns and issues
  • Maintaining truck and equipment in proper working order
  • Keeping accurate records of treatments provided
  • Mixing, applying, and working with pesticides following state and federal laws
  • Serving as the subject matter expert for customers by implementing efficient pest solutions
  • Maintaining and servicing all route customers according to company standards and procedures
  • Advising customers of potential problems and keeping management informed of any issues encountered on service routes
  • Maintaining proper inventory of pesticides in usage
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • No prior experience necessary; Aptive Environmental will provide training
  • A valid US driver's license with a minimum of 3 years of experience
  • A clean driving record with no more than one moving violation in the past year and no more than 2 moving violations in the past 4 years
  • Passing a drug test and background check
