Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Aviation Support Specialist to join our team at PrimeFlight Aviation Services. As a key member of our airport operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient transportation of passenger luggage within the airport.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transport baggage quickly and safely between various airport locations
  • Handle passenger luggage with care to avoid damage
  • Assist in loading and unloading baggage from aircraft
  • Operate baggage trolleys and other transport equipment efficiently
  • Verify baggage tags and ensure correct routing to flights
  • Assist in sorting and organizing baggage in the baggage claim area
  • Respond promptly to baggage-related queries from passengers

Requirements:

  • Minimum age of 18 years old
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language, to include documents
  • 1 Year Customer Service experience
  • Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and tablets
  • Ability to pass a drug screen
  • Eligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal- as applicable)

Working Conditions:

Airlines are 24/7 operations, and we need our team members to be flexible to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. The successful candidate will bring their 'A' game every day with energy and enthusiasm, respect for their team, and the highest regard for safety.
