Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver one-on-one support to individuals living in their own homes or with family members.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation and medication management.
  • Facilitate community engagement through outings, medical appointments, and shopping trips.
  • Support individuals in achieving their developmental goals, such as budgeting, nutrition, and personal care.
  • Provide guidance and strategies to help individuals live as independently as possible.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Preferred experience in human services (6 months).
  • Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with insurance.
  • Successful completion of background checks.
  • A reliable and responsible attitude with a commitment to quality care.
