Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electronics Preparation Specialist to join our team. As an Electronics Preparation Specialist, you will play a critical role in preparing parts for repair and reassembly. This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare parts for repair and reassembly using hand tools, power tools, and semi-automated machines
  • Clean and inspect parts to ensure they meet our high standards
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient and effective repair processes
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our repair processes and procedures
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field (e.g. electronics assembly, repair, or manufacturing)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
