Job Title: Security Administrator/HR Manager

M1 Support Services is seeking a highly skilled Security Administrator/HR Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the security requirements of our program and facilitating human resources actions.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure program compliance with Performance Work Statement (PWS), Company Policy, Air Force Instructions (AFIs), and industry standards.
  • Manage security functions for a Special Access Program (SAP) and work with the corporate Security Manager as part of the M1 Security team.
  • Perform duties of the Contract or Program Security Officer (CPSO)/contract Security Manager, overseeing security program to ensure employee compliance with security procedures, conducting training, briefings, debriefings, and maintaining records.
  • Verify and process security clearance packages through government systems, review and track PSQ's, clearances, upgrades, annual training, and more.
  • Process Program Access Request (PAR) and Site Access Requests (SAR) requests and schedule briefings and debriefings with the program security office.
  • Comply with all physical and personnel security requirements.
  • Manage on-site human resource functions, including coordinating with Home Office HR Department and Payroll on benefits, time accounting, recruiting, payroll, accounts payable, expense reports, and administrative tasks.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree desired.
  • Minimum of 3-years Human Resources administration experience for DoD service contracts preferred.
  • Required 5-year Security Administration experience working within SAP channels; COMSEC experience desired.
  • Must speak, read, write, and understand English.
  • Must be able to obtain/maintain the security clearance level as mandated by the government customer.
  • Must be reliable, self-motivated, and able to deal with stressful situations and timelines while maintaining a professional and non-confrontational attitude.
